All KHIA products, including custom silk pillowcases, are handmade.

For this reason, the production time must be added to the shipping times indicated above, equal to:

• 1 - 2 business days for handcrafted items and custom embroidery.

Note: During high volume periods (Black Friday, Christmas) times may extend slightly.

To preserve the quality and beauty of the products over time, we recommend following these instructions:

• Machine washable on a delicate cycle or by hand
• Use cold water or maximum 30°C
• Prefer gentle detergents
• Do not use bleach
• Let it air dry, avoiding the dryer.
• Iron only if necessary, at low temperature and without direct steam

Personalized products cannot be returned, in accordance with the regulations on personalized goods.

If the product is not personalized, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

In case of a defective product or customization error on our part, we will replace it free of charge.
